If for any reason you need to reload the graphics file for your digital switching, you will first need to email dealersupport@regalboats.com with a description of the issue as well as the Short HIN number of the vessel.
Our support team will then provide troubleshooting support or send you the proper files to load.
After receiving the files please follow the steps below.
1. Save the files to a smart device (cellphone or tablet)
2. Connect your smart device to the boats WiFi. (Password is 123456789)
3. Open a web browser on your smart device and type in 172.16.16.0/supervisor
4. Select Graphics
5. Select Upload
6. Select "Select File"
7. Select "Choose File"
8. Find the file sent from our support team that you saved to your smart device at the beginning of this process and click "ok"
